Customer notifications

In general, Bloom Bookings automatically handles notifying customers whenever significant booking changes are made. We notify your customers whenever: you reschedule the booking, you cancel the booking, you refund the customer. We also remind your customer 1 day before the booking in order to reduce no-shows.

Built-in refunds

Need to issue a refund? Go to Customer History tab and search the customer name, and hit the Refund button to begin processing. We will send a confirmation notification that Stripe has begun processing the refund. Alternatively click on the booking the customer booked for to process the refund there. If you prefer doing this externally, visit your Stripe dashboard to issue a refund there.

No-hassle rescheduling

Need to reschedule your booking? Simply go to your calendar, drag the booking to the desired time, and confirm your changes. All customers will get a notification that their booking has been rescheduled.

Easy cancellations

Need to cancel your booking? Simply click on the booking you’d like to cancel and delete it. You will be prompted to refund all customers or optionally refund them yourself through the Stripe dashboard (Payments & Refunds tab). Upon cancellation, all customers will be notified.
